A 24 port gigabit switch with two SFP+ uplinks and stacking support, notably quieter than most rack switches of its generation. Dell's CLI is close enough to Cisco IOS that the skills transfer. Prices have fallen far enough that this competes with unmanaged switches.
Across 47 listings tracked in the last three days, the median total cost in USD including shipping is $140, and the lowest is $50. RackSniper flags a listing once it falls at or below 70 percent of the trailing 30 day median, which for this product means roughly $98 or less. Condition and configuration vary widely on used enterprise hardware, so treat the median as a reference point rather than a target.
