An 18TB enterprise CMR drive rated for 24/7 operation with a 2.5 million hour MTBF. Helium filled, which lowers power draw and heat compared to air filled drives of the same capacity. Common in bulk storage arrays because the price per terabyte is excellent on the used market.
Across 23 listings tracked in the last three days, the median total cost in USD including shipping is $360, and the lowest is $206. RackSniper flags a listing once it falls at or below 70 percent of the trailing 30 day median, which for this product means roughly $252 or less. Condition and configuration vary widely on used enterprise hardware, so treat the median as a reference point rather than a target.
